		<description><![CDATA[You might try vertigo exercises (google that) to make it go away. They sound silly but they work. I get vertigo everytime I fly. I start the exercises a month before I go and do them for a month after.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Oh, I had Vertigo about a year and a half ago.  It was the  worst!   (Only fun part was when the stupid lady at the check in desk in the emergency room kept insisting that I answer the questions instead of my husband and I did some projectile vomiting on her)  Thought it funny then, and I still get a chuckle!  LOL.    Anyway, you&#039;ll think you&#039;re getting better, then you go outside and you lose all your reference points and get dizzy all over again.  That took about 6 months to go away.  I like your attitude about the quilts.  I think the Listing to Portside is most appropo.
